Miniature Wire Baskets

Hello, all! I hope you have been doing well! The last week has been rough fitting in miniatures... BUT I didn't let myself work on any minis over the weekend and BOOM I have been working on some all-new things today! :) I have been making wire baskets! Take a look-

Each one is made by hand. I didn't use any type of mesh or anything- but I probably will try making some that way in the future.

As you can see in one of the pictures above, I filled a basket with cupcakes! :D They have still not been iced... but they will eventually! (maybe... haha!)

I also made my first miniature skein of yarn! :D It's been a bit tricky, but I like the way it turned out. I will be making plenty more of these in the future!

Well... that's it for today! I have been twisted wire into baskets for most of the day, but I am going to keep at it! I am also playing around with different shapes and stuff- so by the next time I post I might have some different things to share.

Thanks for stopping by! :)

  4. The yarn and bowl is magnificent. I hate fencing wire so wouldn't dare try this project. (We fenced our 5 acres of land...that's enough fencing for me!)
