Mail Time! - Gifts from Karine!

Once again my dear friend, Karine, of Kayanah Miniature has surprised me with a most generous gift! Firstly, I must point out that Karine is soon to be opening her own Etsy store! She has long been a miniaturist and you can see a lot of her work on her deviantART and her Facebook page (you should Like her page!). She is VERY talented!

The first things I opened were these really great flower pots! I had not been able to find these that were realistic enough for my taste, but these are perfect! The walls aren't too think, which is the problem I kept running into.

Then I opened up these jars! There were 8 of the empty ones, which have tops that have little loops on them- which could be turned into charms! And then there are the ones with the micro marbles! Those should definitely come in handy with the mini cakes I have been making!

The next things I found in the package were these frames! They are all molded from other frames and things she had found, but these will go great in some of the eclectic scenes I have.

Also in the package were some coffee stirrer-type sticks and some of those mini zip-seal bags that I love! :3

Oh! And you guys won't believe this- she MADE two of the boxes that she sent the minis in. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!? Take a closer look! - - -

Thanks, again- Karine! And thanks to everyone else for stopping by! I will be back on here tomorrow or the next day to share what I have been up to! OH! I almost forgot! I did manage to list some cakes. They look like this -

So if you are interested in those they are listed HERE.

Okay, I have to go wash my dog! She has been hiding under the bed all day because she knows she needs a bath! ERGH!

Be back soon!
xoxo
